Immunogenicity and Immunotoxicity Services
Immunogenicity and immunotoxicity constitute important challenges during the development of new Biotherapeutics, Vaccines, Cell and Gene Therapies, and their evaluation is pivotal to guarantee the safety and efficacy of new therapeutic solutions.

BIOMEX‘s Immunogenicity and Immunotoxicity Services are designed to provide you with comprehensive information on the risk profile of your therapeutic candidate and enable you to further refine, humanize or engineer your biotherpeutic and evaluate its potency and efficacy. In order to do so, our team will perform a preliminary in silico analysis, followed by in vitro assays to identify immunogenic epitopes, study the interaction of immune cells and identify suitable candidates. Once the first insights have been identified, a more detailed testing stragy will be discussed according to your project. Additional evaluation of cell proliferation, viability, signaling, activation, gene expression, cell-cell interaction and differentiation can be requested in addition and performed either in-house or through collaborating partners.
